About
Starting with a Nikon Coolpix and after that a Leica D-Lux2 a few years ago, I was introduced in the world of Photography.
Leica, a great camera from a great manufacturer. Enough possibilities to get the right picture but still.....
As a father of three, I quickly noticed that light is the most important ingredient to make beautiful pictures. To be just in time to take the first smile, capture their first steps is priceless. My decision was simple a DSLR with sensitive lenses.
It’s was obvious to choose one of the two top brands available within my budget, but I was already a big Nikon fan. So I started with a Nikon D700. A great camera. I'm working part-time in the ICT industry as a freelance project manager but I try to shoot as many as I can. I updated my gear and use a Nikon D800 nowadays.
My goal is to work full time as a freelance photographer. I accept every shoot, commerial or fun. I try to learn from every shot. The challenge is to take that one shot that is different from the others. Shaping the light, waiting for that perfect moment to take the shot. It's all worth it.
